The Service
Jobs Search is a job search engine. It shows job listings and salary data supplied by third parties (Adzuna, Careerjet and USAJOBS), lets you save jobs and searches, and sends optional email job alerts. We do not employ, recruit for or represent any employer, and we do not take applications.
Third-Party Listings And Data
Listings are provided by third parties and may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate. Salary figures are advertised salaries from job postings, not official wage statistics or offers of pay. Always confirm details with the employer before you apply, and never pay a fee to apply for a job.
Links to other websites, including job providers, employers and advertisers, are not under our control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Accounts And Job Alerts
You may sign in with an email address you control. You are responsible for the security of that email account. You can pause, change or unsubscribe from alerts at any time, and you can delete your account from Account Settings. We may disable alerts to addresses that bounce or report our emails as spam, and we may limit the number of alerts per account.
Acceptable Use
- Use the site only for lawful purposes and personal job searching.
- Do not scrape, copy or resell the site's content or data, or access it with automated tools beyond normal search engine crawling.
- Do not interfere with the site's security, rate limits or bot protection, or create alerts for email addresses you do not control.
Intellectual Property
The site's design, text and code belong to Jobs Search or its licensors. Job listings and data belong to their providers and are shown under their terms.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that you will find a job or that any listing is still open.
Limitation Of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Jobs Search is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site, third-party listings or linked websites.
Changes
We may change the site or these terms. Changes take effect when posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Jobs Search is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
